New Platform at Jacobin Club Station on the Sheffy Local Line (Former eRAIL East-West Line) Opens～

With the track-connection project complete, the new platform at Jacobin Club Station on the Sheffy Local Line (formerly the eRAIL East-West Line) is now open～ The former platform has been converted into the venue for the new platform's opening ceremony, which was hosted by Maki_Konuri, the project leader. The renovation made the platform more spacious and allows passengers to reach both platforms of the Jacobin Central Line (previously, it connected only to the platform toward South Island Central). Platform screen doors were also added to improve passenger safety. In addition, the station's turnback arrangement changed from before-station to behind-station turning, with provision for a future extension to San Kong. However, a person calling himself Professor Zhao strongly protested the behind-station turnback at the ceremony and was later escorted out. This is already the third-generation platform.
